iGateway polls customer equipment and PUSHES only data that meets preconfigured Thresholds & Report-by-Exception parameters to the Data Center. Data Center applications receive data & insert it into appropriate database(s). M2M's customers access the acquired data using a standard browser & secure web page

Customers execute control functions via a secure web page using a standard browser. Control messages are processed at the Data Center, transmitted to the iGateway, which issues the control command to the customer's equipment & then acknowledges the command executed to the Data Center.

Any alarm point may be configured to trigger an Alert message to a pager, text message to a cell phone, or an email.

M2M's open system architecture allows us to interface to 3rd party applications such as billing systems rapidly & reliably using XML or other industry standard techniques.
