Matthew Begler
Director, Account Management
Mr. Begler serves as Director, Account Management for M2M Data Corp and
has successfully lead the implementation of our products and services,
provided M2M customers with solutions for real-time equipment monitoring
and control of remote, widely disbursed assets.
Mr. Begler has 12+ years of previous experience in team management and
supervision; communication and relationship building; procedures application;
and customer service.
Leading a team of skilled technicians, Mr. Begler has successfully executed
the software design process; project design, customer negotiations, testing,
customer acceptance, project-rollout, and maintenance. Mr. Begler is responsible
for project schedules and workload leveling, and has developed systems,
which facilitate effective controls and communication. He oversees the
product documentation process, and up-to-date maintenance of system plans,
specifications, and manuals.
Mr. Begler recently completed Colorado State University’s Process
Management course, Strategic Project Management, focused on improving
quality and efficiency, along with tools for measuring operational and
strategic success. The course provided an understanding of the strategic
implications of projects; recognizing the keys to successful projects;
provided tools to effectively and thoroughly plan projects; with the results
of bringing projects to successful closure.
As an extension of project management, and in support M2M’s marketing
and business development efforts, Mr. Begler performs product presentations,
and participates in cost analysis and the fulfillment of customer expectations,
and performs as the liaison between marketing, sales, and technical departments.
Mr. Begler served as Lead Developer on the California Demand Response
Initiative, Lockheed Martin Global Access, Electricite de France, BC Hydro,
McMurry Energy, Xcel Energy, and Waste Management of Colorado.
Mr. Begler has a solid background in Microsoft and Linux platforms, XML
data transport, SQL Server 2000, SSL, ASP, Visual Basic, Java, Flash,
HTML, and DHTML.
