Supervisor Software Development
Mr. Harper serves as a Supervisor of Software Development for M2M Data Corporation. He has developed data-driven, dynamic web sites for SCADA applications, created web-based software that generates and emails periodic, customizable reports. Mr. Harper has also developed the security behind the web based SCADA applications, as well as created a generic web interface that is configured with data from an SQL database for the SCADA GUI, and developed and optimized database used in SCADA system. Mr. Harper also worked to develop documentation defining testing procedures and specifications for SCADA applications.

Mr. Harper has extensive experience with ASP, VB Script, Java Script, SQL Server 2000, HTML, XML, Action Script and Macromedia Flash.
