CompressorAlert™ is a world-class turnkey remote monitoring and alarming service based on M2M’s proven StatusAlert™ product. CompressorAlert™ is targeted at small-sized compressors and includes 24x7 Network Operating Center support, which provides remote system monitoring and customer support.

Once every 15 seconds the M2M CompressorAlert™ scans for status change of the oil pressure switch, or jacket water level switch, and if low level is present the switch trips and the unit transmits a shutdown notification via the built-in satellite transceiver.

After a shutdown has occurred the unit automatically resets when adequate oil pressure or water level is resumed and transmits a running status notification.

Once every 24 hours the CompressorAlert™ transmits a “heart beat” message that includes a time stamp and status (running or not running).

Shutdown notifications are displayed on a secure web page and may be received via text messaging, e-mail, or answering service.
