iServices™ is a suite of web-based, hosted operational services that allows subscribers to monitor and control their assets wherever they are located, plan and track preventive maintenance, and optimize human resources to ensure the right skills get to the right place at the right time.

Although focused on the operational needs of subscribers, the raw data and derived information delivered by iServices™ is valuable to, and can be seamlessly integrated into, the subscriber's back-office systems.

  • iDispatch™ is a resource optimization service
  • iPortal™ is a secure, customer-specific web portal used by subscribers to access iServices™

All three services are web-based, secure, have a simple, intuitive user interface and are provided by M2M on a monthly subscription basis for a contract period.
