When your equipment is entered into iMA , we look up the various components to determine the normal operating parameters of the equipment. Whenever a data point fluctuates outside of the acceptable range, the status changes and alerts are triggered. We also offer the option of sending your machine’s operating information to the experts at Beta Machinery for analysis. Beta will then perform detailed analysis and provide guidance on how to best address the root causes of the problem. There are three service levels of iMA available.
