LevelAlert™ is a world-class turnkey remote monitoring and alarming service based on M2M’s proven StatusAlert™ product. LevelAlert™ is targeted at small-sized oil and gas production operations and includes 24x7 Network Operating Center support, which provides remote system monitoring and customer support.

LevelAlert™ scans for status change of a level switch at a configurable rate and if a high or level is present the switch trips and the unit transmits a level alarm notification via the built-in satellite transceiver.

LevelAlert™ automatically resets when the tank level drops, the switch resets, and then transmits a new status notification.

Once every 24 hours the LevelAlert™ transmits a “heart beat” message that includes a time stamp and status (running or not running).

Level alarm notifications are displayed on a secure web page and may be received via text messaging, e-mail, or answering service.
