| iGATEWAY iGateway is a rugged,
embedded device that manages groups of Adaptors and connects to the Internet.
iGateway applications provide optional functions such as report-by-exception,
local data archiving, local display, operator input, etc.
iGateway supports numerous protocols and interfaces directly to field
instruments, electric meters, EFMs, RTUs and PLCs. Simply connect iGateway
to the existing equipment to be monitored or controlled via serial, analog,
digital and KYZ connections. Once powered up, iGateway calls the M2M servers
automatically eliminating the need for on-site costly programming.
iGateway provides reliable industrial hardware with a Pentium grade
processor and a robust embedded OS. M2M application software handles all
communications, data buffering, and security. The nature of M2M's unique
web based approach enables remote diagnostics and quick field hardware
change-out. Industrial grade specifications ensure iGateway is rugged
and suitable for most environments.
