To ensure that data center equipment is physically secure, the facility employs multiple systems for authentication, identification, and authorization. Data center points of entry are secured by 24/7 card key access, hand-scan systems, and thumb print scanners. A strict access control system covering all interior areas include intercoms, pin code, picture IDs, and a vast closed-circuit video surveillance system that is monitored and recorded within the 24/7 manned Network Operations Center.
