hardware and our own network health, including POP connections, telecom
facilities, routers, servers, and the applications running.
The NOC further provides 24x7 network and environmental monitoring support,
proactive alerting, automatic recovery, backup, and event escalation procedures
to maximize system availability and service for our customers.
